Accepting this confirmation obligates you to adhere to these terms, including maximum occupancy of six people for "Beachnest". This page, "Terms and Conditions" needs to be received by us in order to complete your reservation arriving "Arrival" (check in time is 4 P.M. unless otherwise arranged), departing "Departure" (check out time is 11 A.M. unless otherwise arranged).

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged if you cancel more than 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. If the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to date of arrival and we are unable to rebook the property for the dates you have reserved, we reserve the right to keep the rental fee.

A refundable security deposit is charged at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded by mail or credited to your card, subject to withholding for damage on inspection 15 days after your departure.

You are expected to care for Beachnest during your stay and to do the required cleaning described in your packet of information sent to you and also posted in the home. In the event that the condition of the home requires extra cleaning, it will be considered damage and your deposit is subject to withholding for this service.

The minimum rental period is two nights except holiday weekends, which requires three nights or more.

Bed linens for two beds, towels, dishtowels and laundry facilities are provided. Used linens need to be placed in the laundry room before departure.

Dillon Beach is a wonderful vacation spot meant to be enjoyed by all. It is a quiet, coastal community. Please respect the neighbor's privacy by avoiding loud music or sounds after 10 PM.

Cars cannot be parked on any street in the Oceana Marin community. Please follow reduced speed limits. At Beachnest, park in the garage or driveway only.

The below name agrees to make no unlawful, improper or offensive use of the premises nor to assign occupancy rights to any person, abide by the rules and regulations which are included above and further agrees to deliver the premises up at the end of the term in as good condition as they are now (ordinary wear and tear and damage by the elements excepted) and further does hereby waive any and all suits, claims or cause of action for property damage or personal injury incurred on or about the premises and agrees to be fully responsible for all loss, damage and injury whatsoever.

I agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement as stated above including all attachments.
